Think outside the box to get new ideas
Saturday, February 21st, 2009As I try to think about different ways to apply techniques successful in other endeavors to my personal fishing world I find it interesting that I am not the only one to feel that way. Recently I was checking out a camping forum and there was a thread in there dedicated to fishing. I personally don't camp as a rule, but there has to be some tricks of the capming trade that will be applicable to the fishing world. I plan on visiting many forums to see what I find.
Another interesting thought I had was the there must be some tricks from the sailing field that can be applied to fishing boats. I wonder if there is some sailing gear that would be helpful on the lake while bass fishing. Perhaps some ideas for storage or something.
Have you used ideas from outside the fishing world to help while out on the water fishing?
